To apply for a personal account with XTB Spreads, please read and answer the following statements:

2. I understand that I can lose more than my initial stake and deposit and that financial spread betting suits my current investment objectives.

I represent and warrant to you, and agree that each such representation and warranty is deemed repeated each time I open or close a trade, whether online, via mobile platform or telephone, that I am NOT located in the United States of America or Turkey at the precise moment in time that the instruction to open or close a trade is given.

A Corporate Account would suit individuals that wish to trade on behalf of their organisation. To apply for a Corporate
Account, please email support@xtbspreads.co.uk
requesting further information.
[2.0] Power of Attorney
If you would like to permit another person to trade on your account, you must request and complete a Power of Attorney
form.
[3.0] Is the Online Application Form Secure?
Our on-line application form is completely secure and will take you about 5 minutes to complete. You will know if
your account has been activated within 1 hour of applying (assuming you do so between 0800 and 1730, Monday to

Before completing our on-line application form, please be advised that you will be asked to supply the following

At XTB Spreads we want you to enjoy your spread betting experience. Our automatic Stop-Loss facility allows
you to limit any financial loss to a pre-agreed amount, but you must note that if the markets gap or move unexpectedly
against your position overnight, you may be required to credit your account with additional funds. Stop losses
are not guaranteed.

XTB Spreads may process information relating to you (including personal data as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998),
including holding such information in a manual format or electronic database, in order to satisfy any contractual,
regulatory or statutory requirements we may have. Unless we receive specific written instructions to the contrary,
